Returns Walsh Brothers offers a no quibble 7-day Cooling off period. You may return your goods for a refund within seven days of receiving delivery. Goods must be in unused condition in the original packaging and a receipt must be enclosed. It is understood that the customer is liable for the return postage costs. We do not use cookies for marketing Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive WEEE Directive As a responsible retailer, Walsh Brothers is helping the Government to meet its targets under the new European Union legislation known as The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive. This will help businesses and householders recycle items that may contain hazardous substances going to landfill. Every year millions of items containing hazardous chemicals is thrown away. At the present time, many of these electrical items are unsorted for recycling and end up buried. This is a potential health hazard for future generations and puts great pressure on the environment by using up valuable resources. Your old electrical equipment should not be thrown out with your rubbish. You can now ask retailers if they will dispose of these items for you, alternatively, you can take old equipment to your nearest local authority site. If you purchase a clock, watch or any other product which is battery powered from us and you have an old item which you want to dispose of, we can take the old one and recycle of it for you at no cost. Please note that we can only accept items through the post by prior arrangement. If you purchased a new battery powered product from our website and want us to recycle of a similar item for you, please bring it into our shop within 30 days of your purchase. You will be required to show proof of purchase.
